We’re looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Team. We need someone who isn’t just an “executor” of tasks, but a creative partner who can take a rough concept and turn it into a polished, effective final product.
The Role
You’ll be handling a mix of print and digital work, so your day-to-day will vary. We need someone comfortable jumping from designing a multi-page catalog to creating a quick, high-impact social media asset or a large-format billboard.
Your main responsibilities will be:
• Print Design: Creating catalogs, brochures, flyers, and large-scale environmental ads. You’ll need to understand the technical side of print production to ensure everything looks as good in reality as it does on your screen.
• Digital Content: Designing assets for our website, social media channels, and paid digital campaigns.
• Motion: create motion graphics that make our digital content stand out.
• Ideation: Helping the team brainstorm creative concepts for upcoming campaigns. We want your input, not just your output.
• Workflow: Managing your own project timelines. We need someone who respects deadlines and can communicate clearly about their progress.
What We’re Looking For
• Experience: At least 3–4 years in a professional graphic design role.
• Software Skills: You need to be an expert in Adobe Software Like Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects and AI Tools.
• Print Expertise: You should be familiar with the realities of print design, color profiles, resolution, and billboard scaling.
